Fernando has a degree in Law from the University of Alcalá de Henares and has been practicing for more than twenty-five years as a lawyer in the Tourism sector as a comprehensive advisor to tourism companies. He has collaborated with the University of Lleida and the Next International Business School as a lecturer in the Master's programme in Tourism Intelligence for five years and specialises in procedural law in all areas and areas of national and international Courts and Tribunals involving civil and labour liability in Travel Agencies. hotels and airlines, as well as reviewing and negotiating all types of contracts and agreements.

Currently, she is responsible for the Commercial and Corporate Law Area of the Firm and specializes in Intellectual Property Law.

He prepared for public examinations for judicial management and processing in 2018 and 2019. She has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2009.
