To this end, the following points are recorded regarding the person responsible for the processing of the personal data that are provided to the professional law firm for the development and provision of the services that are contracted to it, as well as to respond to requests, queries and information that are made through this website.

  • Management of the personnel selection process for the Company and the relationship with future candidates. This processing is legitimized by the consent given by future candidates for inclusion in the Company's database.
  • Manage the subscription in the Client Area in the registration form. This processing is legitimized in the contractual relationship for the provision of the contracted service.
4. DATA RETENTION

Tourism&Law will keep the personal data for the period necessary to carry out the purposes of the processing, comply with legal obligations and specifically:

  • For the management of the selection processes carried out in the Company, the data provided by the candidates will be processed for three years from the date on which the application was submitted. Once this period has elapsed, the blocking obligation imposed by the legislation could apply.
  • When an enquiry is made via the website, we will process the data for the time necessary to manage and resolve the enquiry.
5. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
