✨✨✨✨Estupendous resolution for the Travel Agencies sector, as the Courts endorse the interpretation that Tourism & Law has been maintaining of Article 160 of the Package Travel Act after its 2018 amendment.
A personal circumstance cannot be constitutive of force majeure to cancel a trip without application of expenses.
Only "unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at the place of destination or in the vicinity" will be grounds for cancellation of a trip with the traveler being entitled to a refund of any payment made.
